During our call, we’ll discuss your travel needs, and confirm all requested services. If you’d like to move forward, we’ll ask you to sign a Trip Agreement and we’ll process our planning fee.

The research begins. We’ll work with our extensive global network to create an initial proposal for you to review.

ADJUST & RESERVE - We want you to be excited about every detail! We’ll continue to make revisions and refinements until we’ve crafted your perfect itinerary. There’s no need for you to lift a finger. After you’ve signed off on your itinerary, we’ll gather credit card, passport and other pertinent travel information, and collect any deposits needed to secure reservations and services.
